FAQ

Questions athletes, parents, and coaches ask

Everything about the scan, the Vault, the materials, and what it costs.

What exactly do I get?

A movement assessment report plus bespoke 3D-printed gear engineered from your scan — grips, lift wedges, orthotic inserts, bracing, or protective guards, priced $80–$300 per item.

How does the scan work?

You either upload movement footage or complete an on-site 3D anatomical scan. Capture takes under ten minutes at 0.2mm resolution. Computer vision then measures joint angles, pressure points, and bar paths against elite baselines.

What is the Digital Body Vault?

A secure biometric database holding your scans and movement profile. Membership is $9–$19/month and includes reassessments and 25% off instant re-prints if gear breaks or you want a backup.

Will the parts survive real competition?

Yes — we print competition parts in engineering-grade TPU, carbon-fiber nylon, and SLS nylon. Standard PLA and PETG are used only for fit prototypes because they crack under athletic loads.

Which sports do you serve first?

High-friction, equipment-heavy sports where grip, leverage, or joint protection dictate output: golf, tennis, lacrosse, powerlifting, and youth travel circuits.

How fast is a replacement?

Because your scan is already on file, a rapid replacement or team colorway is a single click at $35–$65 per reprint, typically back in your hands in 48–72 hours.

Can a gym, clinic, or team partner with you?

Yes. Facilities host scanning kiosks or pop-up scan days and earn a 15–20% affiliate split. Coaches can license the dashboard at $199–$499/month to screen and outfit a full roster.

Is my biometric data private?

Your scan file belongs to you. It is stored for your re-orders only, never sold, and you can request deletion at any time.
